LotGuard PRO uses surveillance cameras and AI-powered detection to monitor activity across the protected area. Customers can receive alerts through the dedicated cloud platform, while sites with optional live monitoring have events reviewed by trained Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) operators who verify potential threats before further action is taken.
When a threat is verified, ARC operators follow the response protocol agreed for the site. This can include a live voice-down, allowing an operator watching the incident to address the intruder in real time. If warnings are ignored or further intervention is required, the incident can be escalated to designated site contacts or for police response.
Video footage is recorded securely in the cloud and can be accessed through the dedicated platform. This provides a record of activity around the property, allowing customers to review footage following an incident and retain video evidence when needed.
